Minnie M. (Osborn) Fagan, 77, of Nebraska City died Sept. 10, 2013 at her home.
She was born on Feb. 23, 1936 at Brownville to Thurlo Harold and Stella Pearl (Bennett) Osborn. She attended school in both the Tabor, Iowa, and Sidney, Iowa, school systems.
She married Lyle Roy Fagan on June 25, 1965 at Sidney. He preceded her Oct. 9, 1989. At a young age, Minnie worked at the former Grand Hotel in Nebraska City. She later worked at both Ocomo Foods and Otoe Foods. Minnie loved tending to her flowers and plants and eating ice cream bars. She also enjoyed embroidery and quilting, but her greatest loves were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by her children Ronnie Straw and wife Rita of Shenandoah, Iowa, Roger Straw and wife Judy of Tabor, Vickie Skinner and husband David of Shenandoah, Patty Fagan of Mountain Iron, Minn., and Kathy Hein and husband Rick of Nebrasa City; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother Harold Osborn and wife Sonnie of Omaha, Ark.; sisters Barbara DeLong and husband Jim of Rock Port, Mo., and Doris Lane and husband Nick of Lincoln; other family and many friends. In addition to her husband, she was preceded by son Lyle Roy in 1973, great-granddaughter Rachael Elaine Straw in 1997, brother Howard Osborn and sister Betty Sorensen. Funeral services were Sept. 13 at Gude Mortuary in Nebraska City; burial was in the Camp Creek Cemetery southeast of Nebraska City. Memorials may be directed to the family in her memory. Minnie married Roger Dale Straw, son of Harry Burton Straw Sr and Hazel Mary DeHart, on 31 Jul 1953 in Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska. (Roger Dale Straw was born on 20 Dec 1932 in Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska, died on 28 May 2019 in CHI St. Mary's Hospital in Nebraska City and was buried in Wyuka Cemetery Nebraska City, Otoe County, Nebraska, USA.)

Minnie next married Lyle Roy Fagan Sr. on 25 Jun 1965 in Sidney. (Lyle Roy Fagan Sr. died on 9 Oct 1989.)
