Ticonderoga Sentinel, Thu, 04 Feb 1932, Col 1 with notes at Cols 4, 5: "The remains of Mrs. Mary Fitch were brought to Crown Point Center for burial in Fairview cemetery Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Funeral services were conducted from the home of her brother-in-law, Henry Helms, in Port Henry, where she passed away after a long illness, by the Rev. Charles M. Lewis, pastor of the First M.E. church of Port Henry. Survivors include a son, John Moore, of Warren county; a daughter, Mrs. William Chase, of Long Point; three brothers Elmer E. Spaulding, of Crown Point, Frank R. Spaulding of Witherbee and Stephen Spaulding of Schenectady, and one sister, Mrs. Ella Vial Helms, of Port Henry...."
